Every suite features modern kitchens, in-suite laundry, air conditioning and heat controlled by individual thermostats, high-speed internet-ready wiring, and premium finishes.
Are any suites barrier-free?
Yes! Select suites are barrier-free, with wider doorways, accessible bathrooms, and pathways designed for mobility and ease of use throughout the building.
Is parking available on site, and what are the monthly parking rates?
Yes! Underground, secured parking is available for residents, including EV charging options. Parking is $150 per month. Visitor parking is also provided.
Are lockers available?
Yes, lockers are available for additional storage and can be rented for an extra fee of $50 per month.
